Our team brings vision and experience to the development and implementation of large-scale art collections, ensuring each project
is unique and tailored to the organizations’ specific desires. Our goals are to enhance and develop the aesthetics of a building,
by working along side architects, contractors, and interior designers, we bring an intimate gallery feel to a large venues.


Tracie founded Sports & the Arts (SATA) in 1992 to provide professional athletics and sports franchises with original artwork and lithographs. Under her leadership and direction, the company has grown from commissioning original one-of-a-kind private artworks to curating multi-million dollar stadiums that house hundreds of original works of art and photography. SATA collections grace the walls of organizations and venues such as the San Francisco 49ers and Levis Stadium, the New York Yankees and Yankee Stadium, the Amway Center, the Prudential Center and The Miami Marlins Park.


Tracie’s strengths are her inherent ability to foster relationships with artists and to discover up and coming artistic talent. Her discerning eye and strong art direction are paramount in creating insightful and compelling collections. Her skill in identifying emerging artists and combining their talents with nationally established artists creates distinct and unique collections for each venue the company curates. Tracie excels in negotiating artist rights, providing clients with the potential of return on their investment and marketing opportunities.  In addition, she is quick to identify sponsorship integration opportunities.


Prior to founding Sports & The Arts, Tracie was director at the Sports & Entertainment Gallery in Los Angeles where she coordinated art openings for the Los Angeles Kings, featuring Wayne Gretzky and Mickey Mantle, among others.  Throughout her career, Tracie has generated more than two million dollars for charitable causes through donations and fundraising efforts.


Tracie enjoys golfing the beautiful courses of California’s Central Coast and spending time with her family.


Camille Speca joined SATA in 2007 and holds the title of Creative Director.


Camille leads the creative effort as it relates to the development of themes and stories told through photographic installations and graphic wall treatments, aiming to educate as well as entertain. These thematic installations elevate the fan experience and bring a depth to Sports & The Arts collections that is unique to the industry. Key to these installations is the identification of players and moments that resonate with both the casual and the most impassioned fans, as she strives to locate the long-forgotten image or seldom-heard story. Her strong love and deep appreciation for history aids her in the creation of regional installations for each venue, highlighting events and moments that are ingrained in the collective memory of the area.


Prior to joining Sports & The Arts, Camille worked at major design houses in New York City and has contributed to campaigns and collateral for a wide-variety of clients. A native New Yorker, Camille discovered her love of baseball watching the Yankees win back-to-back series in the late 70s.  


Camille resides in New England with her family, and when provided time off, likes to travel and hit the running trails.


Darci Malone joined SATA in 2016 and holds the title of Project Design Manager.


Darci’s responsibilities include developing and overseeing project calendars, managing timelines and resources, and as a liaison between the client and commissioned artists. Her expertise in these areas allows the SATA team to work efficiently, providing one point of contact and eliminating duplication of efforts. Darci’s unique skill set allows flexibility throughout the construction, development and design of the project.


Prior to joining SATA, Darci was the Brand Marketing Manager for the San Francisco 49ers. Through her role, she managed the 49ers and Levi’s® Stadium brand while overseeing the team’s fan events. Darci held a key role in the 2014 Levi’s® Stadium opening events and Super Bowl 50 team events. Darci received a BS from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in Special Event and Sport Management.


Darci resides on the central coast of California, and in her free time, she enjoys developing her photography skills at the local beaches.
